Human Resources Associate

 The “REAL” Insurance Lady’s HR Associate position primary functions are to identify partnerships and opportunities for recruiting events, connect with recent graduates, establish job board presence, locate job fair events, create internal job fairs, build relationships with staffing agencies, identify potential candidates, and create incentive programs while serving as a liaison between the Talent Acquisition Manager and Director of Human Resources/ Recruiting.

  • Utilize all resources for establishing job board presence (LinkedIn, indeed, zip, halfway housing, local staffing agencies, TWC…) 
  • Identifying & locating local job fair events

  • Leading the initiative for identifying “TRIL” university candidates

  • Valid driver’s license & vehicle

Compensation: $40,000- $45,000 hybrid work environment  

Administrative Assistant

Sales Agent

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals with customers. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, build long-term relationships with clients, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled logistics coordinator to oversee and manage our company’s shipping and fleet operations. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring shipments, coordinating timely receipt of deliveries, minimizing shipment issues, and maintaining accurate inventory counts. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing bills, quotes, and invoices, as well as maintaining fleet-related files and records. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in logistics or fleet management

  • Monitor Vendor shipments, deliveries, timelines, and costs. 
  • Coordinate timely and accurate receipt of shipments while maintaining adequate inventory counts. 
  • Minimize shipment issues by ensuring accuracy of order and shipping documents. 
  • Prepare bills, quotes, and invoices. 
  • Receive orders and add to inventory. 
  • Assemble, maintain, and distribute all fleet related files such as maintenance records, insurance, and registration of fleet vehicles. 
  • Inspects and evaluates fleet vehicles, and maintains records of fleet inventory, assignments, and usage.  
  • Analyzes, develops, reviews repair plans, determines needs and schedules, and ensures completion of work.  
  • Schedule Fleet repairs and/or maintenance. 
  • Perform minor vehicle repairs such as changing light bulbs or windshield wiper blades. 
  • Reviews and establishes fleet maintenance practices and procedures and ensures quality controls.  
  • Recommends and coordinates training of fleet drivers.  
  • Evaluate estimated repair times, communicate status of service orders with Fleet customers. 
  • Inspect completed repair orders; verify and correct information as necessary including repair types and repair time. 
  • Tracks and maintains preventive maintenance schedules. 
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors and contractors; obtain cost estimates for repair or maintenance work; coordinate delivery and pick up.
  • Prepare and maintain logs, records, and reports; utilize reports to assess efficiency, downtime, repeated repairs, and inventory management. 
  • Assist the Fleet Supervisor in the development, implementation and communication of Fleet policies and procedures.

Virtual Sales Agent

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Virtual Sales Agent to join our team. As a Virtual Sales Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through phone, email, or online channels, and selling our products or services. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a confident and persuasive manner, and the ability to work independently from a remote location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, proficiency in using online sales tools and technology, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

The Street Team position consists of daily marketing efforts in multiple communities throughout Texas and other states licensed by the Agency. Marketing efforts include gathering potential client information to pass on to licensed agents for enrollment in health insurance plans. Candidates should also be prepared to assist with set up and breakdown during company events. As the Street Team is the face of the Agency to the community, new hires are trained on professional marketing techniques and how to successfully promote the company brand while representing the company in the field.

One of the benefits of this position is that if you maintain your average as well as complete a full working season (4 consecutive months), you will receive an extension of your compensation for the number of months worked going into the next season plus your new contract pay.

Local Street Team Position
