Human Resources Associate

 The “REAL” Insurance Lady’s HR Associate position primary functions are to identify partnerships and opportunities for recruiting events, connect with recent graduates, establish job board presence, locate job fair events, create internal job fairs, build relationships with staffing agencies, identify potential candidates, and create incentive programs while serving as a liaison between the Talent Acquisition Manager and Director of Human Resources/ Recruiting.

  • Partner with local college campuses for career fairs for upcoming & recent graduates  
  • Utilize all resources for establishing job board presence (LinkedIn, indeed, zip, halfway housing, local staffing agencies, TWC…) 
  • Identifying & locating local job fair events  
  • Establishing & creating internal job fairs  
  • Establishing relationships with various staffing/ temp agencies 
  • Leading the initiative for identifying “TRIL” university candidates  
  • Creating incentive programs for referrals of employment for the agency 
  • Laison between the Talent Acquisition Manager and Dir. of Human Resources/ Recruiting   
  • Requirements: 
  • Valid driver’s license & vehicle  
  • Must be able to commute to various locations, job fairs, college campuses, etc. 
  • Self-motivated, ability to work without supervision 
  • Ability to take initiative and be proactive  
  • Resourceful  
  • Aggressive outgoing behavior for constant recruiting of potential candidates for the Agency 
  • Works directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager for various strategies of recruitment 
  • Must possess high energy level and work independently at times (more than not) 
  • Must be able to independently think and use critical thinking skills  

Compensation: $40,000- $45,000 hybrid work environment  

Administrative Assistant

Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled account manager to oversee and manage our company’s relationships with its existing clients. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our clients’ satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience in sales or customer service.

Sales Agent

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Agent to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals with customers. You will be expected to meet and exceed sales targets, build long-term relationships with clients, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Retention Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for retaining existing customers by addressing their concerns, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our customer service and sales teams to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in customer retention or a related field.

Virtual Sales Agent

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Virtual Sales Agent to join our team. As a Virtual Sales Agent, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers through phone, email, or online channels, and selling our products or services. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a confident and persuasive manner, and the ability to work independently from a remote location. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, proficiency in using online sales tools and technology, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Travel Street Team Position

The Street Team position consists of daily marketing efforts in multiple communities throughout Texas and other states licensed by the Agency. Marketing efforts include gathering potential client information to pass on to licensed agents for enrollment in health insurance plans. Candidates should also be prepared to assist with set up and breakdown during company events. As the Street Team is the face of the Agency to the community, new hires are trained on professional marketing techniques and how to successfully promote the company brand while representing the company in the field.

$500/week during the training period. Once you pass evaluation, you will receive $2,500/month. This is paid monthly. At this level, you must obtain an average of at least 18 leads/week.

One of the benefits of this position is that if you maintain your average as well as complete a full working season (4 consecutive months), you will receive an extension of your compensation for the number of months worked going into the next season plus your new contract pay.

Local Street Team Position

The Street Team position consists of daily marketing efforts in multiple communities throughout Texas and other states licensed by the Agency.
